The JY-350ST is a vertical injection molding machine for processing thermoplastics. Its automatic, computerized configuration combines hydraulic clamping with an in-line screw injection unit. The lower mold is fixed to the movable mold section, a layout described as supporting the positioning of inserted items.
The machine also includes a finished-part ejection device. Supported operating features include three-stage temperature control, adjustable injection speed, back pressure, and stepless screw-speed adjustment. A low-pressure mold-clamping protection function is provided.
The injection tube can be lifted to assist cleaning and material-head access. The equipment can also be configured with a single sliding mold arrangement or an alternating dual-mold arrangement.
