Nut Brake Block Structure: It is usually composed of two parts: nut and brake block. Nuts are generally metal, have standard threads, and fit with the screw or bolt in the brake system.
Brake blocks are made of friction materials, such as rubber, asbestos, metal powder and other mixtures, and the shape varies according to the application scenario.
Principle: By tightening the nut, the brake block is pressed on the brake wheel or brake disc, and the friction between the two impedes the rotation or movement of the moving parts, so as to achieve the braking function. We select material (such as 45#,40.
Cr,42 Crmo, casting) based on customer requirements and provide blacking, galvanizing, salt bath nitriding, gas nitriding and other heat treatment processes.
