The ACE-100, ACE-120, ACE-150, and ACE-180 form a range of horizontal, automatic, computerized machines specified for processing thermoplastics. Each model uses mechanical clamping and offers three injection-unit configurations identified as A, B, and C.
Across the range, stated shot volume extends from 120 to 471 cm³, while stated PS injection weight ranges from 109 to 428 g. Clamp force increases by model from 1,000 kN to 1,800 kN.
The ACE-100 is the most compact listed model, with 370 × 370 mm tie-bar spacing, a 345 mm toggle stroke, and a stated machine size of 4.1 × 1.1 × 1.8 m. At the other end of the range, the ACE-180 provides 530 × 470 mm tie-bar spacing, a 460 mm toggle stroke, and a stated machine size of 5.6 × 1.4 × 2.2 m.
Intermediate ACE-120 and ACE-150 models provide additional choices in mold space, shot capacity, motor power, and machine weight.
