The NT230 is a horizontal automatic injection molding machine offered for producing thermoplastic parts, including infusion set components. Its hydraulic clamping unit provides 2300 kN of clamp force, a 475 mm opening stroke and 520 × 520 mm tie-bar spacing. The listed mold-height range is 200–550 mm.
A customizable mold is available. The injection unit is listed with 45, 50 or 55 mm screw diameters. Depending on the selected screw, the theoretical shot volume is 397, 490 or 594 cm³, while the stated PS injection weight is 361, 445 or 540 g.
